Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious and results‑driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Lebanon, working occasionally from our Downtown Beirut office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, dive into data and design practical, impact‑focused solutions.
• Automate processes and build chat‑bots using tools such as n8n, OpenAI, LangChain, Notion, JIRA and Miro.
• Restructure operations, define KPIs and create automated systems to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, internal tools and automation workflows.
• Design workflows, wireframes and mock‑ups, translate business needs into clear specifications and support end‑to‑end implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related analytical field.
• Open to experienced professionals, fresh graduates and students.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
