Brand & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this hands‑on B2B role you will translate our go‑to‑market strategy, product updates and market insights into compelling content and consistent brand experiences across SupportRoom, PulseIQ and VAI.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to content strategy together with the GTM Manager, researching industry trends, competitors and audience needs.
• Brainstorm and propose content themes, campaign ideas, formats and creative concepts.
• Build and maintain monthly editorial calendars, turning product updates and market insights into engaging assets.
• Create high‑quality B2B content for LinkedIn, blogs, thought‑leadership pieces, email newsletters, website pages, campaign materials and reports.
• Manage day‑to‑day organic social media publishing, including posts, captions, graphics and short‑form videos.
• Support executive thought‑leadership and monitor social performance, conversations, competitor activity and emerging trends.
• Assist with community management and audience engagement.
• Support the GTM Manager in developing and executing brand direction for SupportRoom, PulseIQ and VAI.

Required profile

• Creative, organized and proactive with a commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and content creation.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable turning ideas into executable content and campaigns.
• Ability to research trends, synthesize insights and manage editorial calendars.
• Collaborative attitude, ready to work closely with the GTM Manager and leadership.
