Branch Supervisor

About the role

The Branch Supervisor at Neonism SAL ensures smooth and accurate handling of cash and digital transactions, overseeing daily operations in compliance with EVO e‑wallet procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cashiers’ daily activities to maintain efficient and compliant operations.
• Review, authorize, and monitor high‑value transactions and cash limits.
• Monitor digital versus physical currency flow according to agent procedures.
• Enforce cash‑handling, KYC and AML guidelines.
• Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and prepare daily financial summaries.
• Train, coach and evaluate cashier staff for high performance.
• Act as first point of escalation for cashier issues or customer disputes.
• Conduct spot checks, audits and risk assessments on cashier operations.
• Report discrepancies, fraud risks or operational concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate records of cash position, transaction logs and staff schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in teller or cash‑handling roles, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of compliance, AML and financial control frameworks.
