Branch Manager – Training Center (Operations & Sales)

About the role

CIS Group is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Training Center in Tripoli. The role combines operational oversight with a strong sales focus, ensuring the center runs smoothly while achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the training center, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Drive course sales to meet or exceed branch revenue goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local clients, institutions, and partners.
• Supervise administrative and sales teams, conduct training, performance reviews, and provide day‑to‑day guidance.
• Coordinate course schedules, recruit and manage instructors, and monitor instructional quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry through course completion, handling complaints professionally.
• Track and report on sales, enrollments, and instructor performance, maintaining accurate operational records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in branch or operations management, preferably in a training or service‑oriented environment.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent Arabic; English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑management tools.
