Branch Manager - Coffee Shop

About the role

Morao & Capital, a growing hospitality group managing coffee shop concepts in Lebanon, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to run one of its coffee shop branches in Beirut. The role is full-time and on-site, and calls for a proactive leader who can keep brand standards while driving efficiency, customer satisfaction and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, task allocation and team performance.
• Train, supervise and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, presentation and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, ordering and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company operational standards.
• Monitor daily sales, cash reconciliation, POS transactions and branch reporting.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Support sales growth, customer retention and local marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with senior management on operational improvements, KPIs and branch performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager or similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
• Coffee shop or specialty coffee experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take full ownership of branch operations.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management and daily financial reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
