Branch Manager – Coffee Shop

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our coffee shop in Beirut. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality coffee experience, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance and daily operations of the coffee shop.
• Plan staff schedules, delegate tasks and supervise shifts to maintain service standards.
• Monitor product quality, manage inventory levels and place orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and manage cash and sales reporting.
• Support local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and revenue.
• Train, coach and conduct performance check‑ins with team members.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational and sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong team leadership and people‑management abilities, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Proven experience in coffee‑shop or retail operations, shift management and inventory control.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic financial and administrative competence, such as cash handling and daily reporting.
• Flexibility to work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous hospitality, food‑and‑beverage or retail management experience is highly beneficial.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to prioritize tasks.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic computer applications.
