About the role
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Booking Specialist to join our remote team on a part‑time basis. You will contact homeowners, confirm their interest, and schedule in‑home assessments for our heat‑pump solutions. Comprehensive scripts, training, and a supportive environment are provided.
Key responsibilities
- Call online leads and verify interest.
- Schedule in‑home assessments according to availability.
- Update the CRM with accurate customer information.
- Maintain professional, friendly communication throughout the process.
- Work scheduled shifts Monday‑Friday, either 2:00 PM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–10:00 PM Lebanon Time.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Strong phone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Stable high‑speed Wi‑Fi and a personal laptop or computer.
- Quiet, reliable workspace and punctual attendance.
