Biomedical Engineer - Product Specialist

About the role

TurQuoise Medical is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Biomedical Engineer to join its team in Dekwaneh, Lebanon. This is primarily an office-based position focused on studying, analyzing and evaluating medical devices and technologies from international manufacturers. The role is desk-based and not a field maintenance or installation job; it centres on product research, technical specifications, internal team training and equipment demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Study medical equipment specifications, operating principles, features and clinical applications across specialties
• Review manufacturer manuals, brochures, datasheets and product documentation
• Prepare technical comparisons between brands and models
• Train sales and technical teams on product specifications, functionality and competitive advantages
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and practical equipment demonstrations
• Evaluate equipment against customer requirements and tender specifications
• Prepare compliance sheets, product evaluations and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with international manufacturers for technical information and training
• Answer technical inquiries and recommend suitable equipment solutions
• Research new medical technologies and keep the product portfolio up to date

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (mandatory); fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in medical equipment product specialization, technical support, clinical applications or product training is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and spoken English
• Good organization, attention to detail and ability to handle several product categories

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to explain complex medical equipment features clearly
• Strong communication, presentation and technical training skills
