BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in Lebanon, supporting ongoing construction projects in the UAE. The role involves creating, updating and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for MEP, architectural and structural components, and ensuring coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, details, layouts and schedules from BIM models.
• Model and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and other building services.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.
• Incorporate IFC drawings, design documents, consultant comments, RFIs and site information into BIM models.
• Ensure models comply with the project’s BIM Execution Plan, LOD requirements, naming conventions and company standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting or related field.
• 3–5 years of BIM modeling experience in construction, engineering or contracting.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
