Barista Training Specialist

About the role

Caprice d'Orient is seeking a full‑time Barista Training Specialist to join its team in Ain El Remmaneh, Beirut. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that empower internal teams and professional clients with deep product knowledge and best‑in‑class beverage preparation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials, manuals and recipe guides for coffee and infused beverage preparation.
• Organise and facilitate in‑person workshops, on‑the‑job training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Assess training needs in collaboration with managers and department leads.
• Collect post‑sale product feedback and contribute to recipe creation for marketing purposes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and customer‑service teams to ensure consistent training quality across the organisation.

Required profile

• University degree in Science, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening.
• Previous experience as a barista with solid knowledge of coffee preparations and infusions.
• Experience in hospitality, food‑and‑beverage or related sectors is a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to address professional client needs.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise multiple training initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ain El Remmaneh and conduct hands‑on training.
