Back Office Unit Agent

About the role

The Back Office Unit Agent supports Mike Sport’s internal operations by handling data entry, price‑structure management, and inventory coordination. This role ensures that product information is accurate, orders are processed smoothly, and all relevant teams have up‑to‑date data.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the price‑structure Excel sheet with full item details (barcode, gender, colour, size, cost, etc.).
• Create and modify items in the Navision system, applying price changes and discounts as directed.
• Coordinate purchase orders with logistics, prepare transfer and sales orders, and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support to the e‑commerce team, sharing price data and ensuring platform accuracy.
• Generate regular reports on sales, stock, order status, and item movements across stores and warehouses.
• Support new‑team member onboarding and maintain audit‑ready filing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in data management or back‑office operations.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency with the Navision ERP system.
