Azure Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Azure Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience to design, deploy and support Azure cloud infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security and performance of our cloud services across production and non‑production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and manage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Storage Accounts and Backup vaults.
• Monitor performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and set up alerts.
• Handle incidents, service requests and perform root‑cause analysis for cloud operations.
• Implement security best practices, manage Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access and support compliance audits.
• Automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Azure CLI and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• Manage backup and disaster‑recovery solutions including Azure Backup and Site Recovery, and participate in DR testing.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams and configuration records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
