Associate Post Producer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Post Producer to support the Head of Post‑Production at The Brandizers, a Dubai‑based production house serving leading beauty and FMCG brands. You will act as the right‑hand for the Head of Post, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the daily production schedule, allocating artists and editors, and managing the central tracker.
• Convert client and agency briefs into clear job tickets, chasing missing assets, references and approvals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agency producers, providing status updates, timing information and feedback rounds.
• Coordinate voice‑over recordings, adaptations, subtitles and Arabic versions, ensuring correct technical specifications for each market.
• Monitor team workload, flag capacity issues, and support onboarding of junior editors.
• Handle administrative tasks such as quotes, purchase orders, freelancer bookings, timesheets and delivery logs in collaboration with production and finance.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a post‑production coordinator, junior post producer, production coordinator or agency producer in advertising, content or broadcast.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Strong communicator in English and Arabic, comfortable interacting with clients and creative teams.
• Curiosity about AI‑assisted production and willingness to explore generative tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Experience using scheduling and tracking tools, such as Frame.io or similar review platforms.
• Working knowledge of the post‑production pipeline (editing, grading, sound, VO, adaptations, delivery specifications, codecs and platform requirements).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted production tools (a plus).
