Associate Officer – Health Program Support

About the role

The Associate Officer, Health Program Support provides essential administrative, financial and clerical assistance to the field team in Lebanon. The role ensures that health program activities are executed on schedule and in line with IMC policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and review documentation from clinics, conduct background checks, and coordinate contract archiving with the grants team.
• Prepare and process payment requests, develop monthly cost estimates for primary healthcare centers, and maintain payment backup archives.
• Raise procurement requisitions, coordinate supply‑chain purchases with the logistics department, and support distribution to IMC offices.
• Assist the program team with capacity‑building trainings, manage scanning, copying and filing of documents, and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in an NGO setting.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
