Associate Lawyer

About the role

Lexfeeld is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its hybrid team in Beirut. You will work closely with AI‑driven legal tools and experienced attorneys to deliver high‑quality corporate and commercial legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Provide legal analysis that supports the AI‑powered platform and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine legal workflows and improve platform content.
• Conduct thorough legal research, monitor legislative changes, and develop internal guidelines.
• Assist clients on corporate, compliance, and other advisory matters.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the bar in Lebanon or another jurisdiction is a plus.
• Experience in corporate advisory, compliance, or in‑house legal roles.
• Strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
