Associate Commission Accountant Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate Commission Accountant Specialist to join our Commission Unit. The role ensures accurate commission calculations, oversees daily team activities, and supports process improvements within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate commission calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and supervise the daily operations of the commission team.
• Execute and manage top‑up transactions and rebate processing.
• Reconcile commission‑related accounts, maintaining correct balances.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support automation and workflow optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in commission‑based or fintech settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to supervise and guide a small team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Competence in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting and reconciliation tools.
