About the role
The International Services & Programs Office seeks a TL Assistant Program Coordinator to support the TL Manager in administering MEPI‑funded Tomorrow’s Leaders programs. The role is based on the Byblos campus with occasional travel to Beirut and requires presence during LAU operating hours.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on planned activities and coordinate with the TL management team.
- Assist with logistical tasks for workshops, seminars, and events (transportation, catering, multimedia).
- Support programmatic reporting, tracking, and grant compliance documentation.
- Participate in weekly meetings with TL programs and MEPI staff.
- Resolve routine questions, escalating complex issues to program managers.
- Attend and document activities, workshops, trainings, and events.
- Contribute to curriculum review processes and student recruitment efforts.
- Provide backup support for office operations to ensure continuity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably grant‑related.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Resourceful, resilient, and open to diverse viewpoints.
- Passionate about working with international students and youth.
