Assistant Manager – Growth Graphic Designer

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Assistant Manager – Growth Graphic Designer to create visually effective materials for internal and external audiences, supporting proposals, campaigns, and thought leadership. The role involves translating complex business content into engaging visual assets while ensuring brand consistency across print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the quality and competitiveness of proposals and client materials through strategic visual communication.
• Support growth through high‑impact campaign, event, and thought‑leadership assets.
• Translate complex business and client‑facing content into clear, engaging visual materials such as presentations, proposals, reports, infographics, and other marketing assets.
• Manage multiple creative projects from brief to final delivery, coordinating timelines, priorities, stakeholder feedback, and approvals.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, business teams, agencies, and vendors, to deliver fit‑for‑purpose creative solutions.
• Lead the design workstream for bids, pursuits, proposals, and other client‑facing materials, ensuring brand‑aligned outputs.
• Produce print and digital assets in line with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in layout, typography, imagery, and messaging.
• Develop and maintain templates, visual assets, and design standards to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support multimedia and content creation needs, including presentations, digital assets, animation, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Use AI tools and creative technologies to streamline workflows and drive innovation in design delivery.

Required profile

• Ability to design in both English and Arabic.
