Asset Management Manager – Treasury & Capital Markets

About the role

The Asset Management Manager will lead the Treasury and Capital Markets unit, shaping strategy, driving performance and delivering tailored investment solutions for institutional clients. This senior position reports to the T&CM Executive Director and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Asset Management Unit’s activities, strategy, performance targets and annual planning in coordination with senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, assess investment needs and risk appetite, and recommend appropriate portfolio strategies.
• Promote the firm’s asset‑management products, execute client orders and support cross‑selling across business lines.
• Contribute to proprietary trading activities, monitor market drivers and ensure compliance with approved limits.
• Design and structure bespoke investment products, including portfolio rebalancing and regular idea generation.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with local and international financial institutions.
• Conduct market research, provide investment insights and support decision‑making.
• Coordinate with regulators, internal control functions and other business units to share relevant market information.

Required profile

• Strong planning, organization, communication and leadership abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets, banking products, policies and procedures.
• Solid understanding of local and international economies, investment principles and financial markets.

Required skills

• Domain expertise in Treasury & Capital Markets.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop investment ideas.
