Art Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Art Director with a strong eye for design and a passion for building brands. This hands‑on leadership position will guide concepts from brief to final delivery while collaborating closely with design, marketing, content, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts for branding, visual identity, advertising campaigns, digital content, and print materials.
• Translate client briefs, business objectives, and audience insights into clear creative directions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and oversee ideas through design development, production, and final delivery.
• Provide creative direction to designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other contributors.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, layouts, and copy to ensure quality and consistency.
• Establish and maintain brand identities, visual systems, guidelines, and standards across all channels.
• Manage the creative team’s workflow, assign projects, balance workloads, and monitor progress.
• Set realistic schedules, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standard.
• Present concepts and recommendations confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor team members through clear direction, constructive feedback, and regular creative reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, Design Lead, or similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, branding, visual identity, campaigns, typography, layout, and digital design.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and brand strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within budgets.
