Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to shape our visual identity and lead creative direction across digital and offline platforms. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design expertise, and the ability to inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee creative concepts, visual styles, and design directions for campaigns and brand projects.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate designers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver high‑quality creative output.
• Present creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Supervise photoshoots, video productions, and creative deliverables from concept through execution.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and cutting‑edge visual techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, creative media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or art‑direction role, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital design work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
