Art Director

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a talented Art Director to shape and communicate its brand identity across a range of digital and print channels. You will lead the visual strategy for a fast‑growing fintech and trading company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of visual concepts that reflect the brand’s identity on multiple platforms.
• Ensure consistency of visual elements and messaging across all marketing materials, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and execute creative strategies for digital, print, social media, email and other campaigns.
• Manage, mentor and guide the design team, providing clear direction while fostering creativity and innovation.
• Produce high‑quality visuals aligned with brand standards and contribute actively to the design process.
• Partner with copywriters, marketing managers and stakeholders to align visuals with messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging design tools, integrating insights into creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 4–7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
• Experience in fintech, trading, finance or other fast‑paced industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography and branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma.
