About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts from start to finish, ensuring visual excellence and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate client messages.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, articulating creative concepts and providing persuasive rationales.
• Oversee project development, management, and production of visual assets, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to designers and production teams, maintaining brand consistency across digital and print deliverables.
• Generate ads, short‑film concepts, mood boards, and storyboards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, integrating them into creative strategies.
• Ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity across all creative deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑standard design solutions and visual storytelling.
• Excellent team management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong conceptual thinking and strategic abilities.
• Passion for creativity and staying up‑to‑date with emerging trends.
