About the role
Line Concept is seeking an Architect with strong project‑management capabilities to lead design development through construction execution. The role involves coordinating online site activities across day and night shifts, ensuring seamless communication between design and on‑site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects from concept design through to execution, maintaining schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align project deliverables.
- Review shop drawings, material selections, and method statements for compliance.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
- Attend site meetings, resolve design‑related issues on‑site, and ensure smooth handover.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction execution.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and site coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit (preferred).
