AR/AP Specialist – Evening Shift (Beirut)

About the role
We are a growing offshore property and facility management support company seeking a reliable AR/AP Specialist to support our finance operations during U.S. hours.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and resolve invoicing issues.
- Invoice completed jobs accurately and on time.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
- Maintain organized records of accounts payable.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and flag delayed payments.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding ongoing and overdue invoices.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Reconcile AR and AP ledgers and prepare aging reports.
Required profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and accurate.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.
- Willingness to work the evening shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
