Arabic Linguistics Editor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Arabic Linguistics Editor to review, edit, and enhance Arabic educational content and textbooks. The role involves close collaboration with editors, graphic designers, and illustrators to ensure high‑quality learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and proofread Arabic textbooks, correcting linguistic errors such as tahrik nas and kawaaed.
• Rewrite specific sections to improve clarity and flow.
• Research new content and integrate it into existing material.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including graphic designers and illustrators, on project deliverables.
• Use Adobe Acrobat for document review and markup.

Required profile

• Degree in Arabic language or a related field.
• Computer literate with proven teaching experience.
• Excellent eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in preparing or evaluating exams is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic language editing.
• Adobe Acrobat for document editing and annotation.
