AI Transformation Consultant – Internal Systems & Automation

About the role

GigaKOM is looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to redesign and modernize its internal workflows and systems. This remote contract position focuses on applying practical AI solutions to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of current internal systems and workflows.
• Identify high‑ROI AI and automation use cases and evaluate data readiness.
• Deliver an AI adoption and modernization roadmap.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, ticketing, reporting, and other operational platforms.
• Implement AI copilots, automation agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Redesign manual processes into scalable automation frameworks and improve data structures for predictive analytics.
• Evaluate, deploy, and customize LLM‑based tools and internal AI assistants.
• Build dashboards and AI‑powered reporting tools.
• Ensure secure, compliant integration with existing infrastructure.
• Define AI governance standards, provide documentation, and train key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record retooling internal enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and system integration.
• Experience deploying LLM‑based tools and AI‑powered automation.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
