AI Lead - Marketing Execution Platform

About the role

Brand Aid Group is a marketing execution platform for the Middle East, producing point-of-sale materials, in-store visibility, fit-outs, events, activations and exhibitions for consumer brands across 9 markets. It is hiring its first AI hire, reporting to the Group CEO, to bring AI into everyday work of designers, estimators and account managers. The role is based in Beirut with regular time in other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Studio: embed AI in briefing, concepting, adaptation across markets and languages, and asset management, giving country managers a live view of designer workload and utilisation.
• Costing: build estimation tools that learn from past jobs in the ERP so quotes go out in hours and margins are predictable.
• Client service: speed up brief intake, automate status updates and reporting, and give clients quicker answers.
• Clean job, cost and pricing data in the ERP first, then pick, negotiate and integrate tools, building only where nothing else fits.
• Set rules on client IP, data security and what goes into which model, train people and measure adoption, and report results to the CEO monthly.

Required profile

• 5+ years shipping software, automation or data products inside an operating business.
• 2+ years putting LLMs and AI tools into workflows used daily by non-technical people.
• Experience near creative production, marketing services, agencies or manufacturing.
• Able to explain things simply to a designer, an estimator and a CFO; English is a must, Arabic helps.
• Comfortable in a fast, multi-country business and willing to spend time in Cairo, Riyadh and Erbil.

Required skills

• Hands-on with AI APIs and no-code/low-code tools, able to connect them to an ERP.
• Odoo experience is a strong plus.
