AI & Automation Specialist

About the role

The AI & Automation Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of intelligent automation workflows across the organization. Working closely with the Cyber‑AI Lead and multiple departments, you will ensure AI‑driven solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain complex cross‑departmental automation workflows using automation platforms.
• Research, pilot, and deploy AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, custom APIs) to streamline tasks in HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other areas.
• Collaborate with the Cyber‑AI Lead on projects that intersect AI, automation, and cybersecurity.
• Audit departmental processes to identify manual tasks suitable for automation or AI enhancement.
• Monitor active workflows and AI integrations, resolving API breaks, data silos, or system errors promptly.
• Provide internal consulting and training to help stakeholders adopt new AI and automation solutions.
• Ensure all AI tools and data pipelines comply with data privacy and cybersecurity policies.
• Maintain version‑controlled repositories of code, AI configurations, and scripts using Git and GitHub.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building and managing complex automation workflows, including API integrations, Webhooks, MCPs, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of current AI technologies, prompt engineering, and API integration with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Practical experience with Git/GitHub for source‑code management, branching, pull requests, and documentation.
• Familiarity with software development best practices such as debugging, testing, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure data handling.
