About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Digital Marketer to lead and execute full‑funnel digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The role blends creativity, analytics, and technical expertise to boost brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies covering acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Execute SEO initiatives and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Oversee retargeting, audience segmentation, and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Improve conversion rates through CRO tactics and customer‑journey enhancements.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with ROI analysis and growth recommendations.
• Conceptualise and create content ideas for social media channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advanced digital marketing and campaign management (4+ years).
• BA in Marketing or Digital Marketing; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, project‑management, and organisational skills.
