About the role
CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join its dynamic team in Beirut. The role involves managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in month‑end closing activities related to receivables.
- Review and validate new customer account applications and perform credit checks.
- Set up new customer accounts in the system and define credit limits and payment terms.
- Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- More than 4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
