Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable Officer to join its finance team in Beirut. You will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely invoice payment.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger for accuracy.
• Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities related to receivables.
• Review and validate new customer account applications, perform credit checks, and set appropriate credit limits.
• Maintain and update customer master data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• More than 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
