Accounting & Tax Associate

About the role

AstroLabs is expanding its Accounting & Tax service line and is looking for an Accounting & Tax Associate to manage a portfolio of KSA (and growing UAE) clients. You will act as the primary advisor, handling end‑to‑end accounting, tax compliance and client relationship duties.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accounting and tax coordination for a dedicated portfolio of KSA clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Prepare and review VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax filings, and support Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Apply ZATCA regulations and e‑invoicing requirements across engagements and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and generate client‑ready financial reports using ERP systems.
• Lead client onboarding, ensuring clean data collection, documentation and process setup.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in KSA accounting and tax, with proven ability to manage a multi‑client portfolio.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus) and a structured, diligent approach to competing deadlines.
• Experience leading client onboarding and building long‑term advisory relationships.
