Accounting Analyst

About the role

Sucafina is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst to support its financial operations across a global coffee supply chain. The role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record journal entries.
• Handle and book supplier and client invoices.
• Process weekly bank transactions and perform bank‑cash reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for suppliers, clients and inter‑company accounts.
• Calculate and post monthly asset depreciation.
• Process accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing schedules.
• Perform other accounting‑related tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with accounting software.
