Accountant – Full‑time, On‑site in Jdaidet El Matn

About the role

Perfect Timing is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its finance team in Jdaidet El Matn. The role will handle day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and timely financial reporting for a leading watch distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
• Prepare and issue invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with payroll calculations and ensure timely payments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Lebanese regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail, distribution or FMCG.
• Strong foundation in core accounting principles and Lebanese tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
