Accountant – Day-to-Day Finance & VAT Management

About the role

Cube 3D, Lebanon’s leading 3D printing company, is creating its first dedicated accounting position. The accountant will manage day‑to‑day finance for both the retail and service (production) divisions, ensuring accurate books, timely VAT filings and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and classify all expenses, purchases and invoices by department using Zoho Books.
• Calculate, file and monitor VAT compliance, correcting historical gaps.
• Value inventory, including goods in transit and landed costs, and reconcile bank accounts monthly.
• Prepare monthly management accounts within ten working days, delivering departmental P&L, balance sheet and cash position.
• Develop an annual budget with departmental breakdowns and produce monthly variance analysis.
• Forecast cash flow and purchasing needs to align with long import lead times.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a company handling physical stock.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese VAT regulations.
• Ability to work across multiple cost centres and explain financial data to non‑finance colleagues.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoho Books or a comparable cloud accounting platform.
