About the role
This full-time on‑site position is for an Account Manager at Ascentia International, a company serving the Food & Beverage sector. You will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow client accounts through regular communication and relationship building.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Drive business growth by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet client expectations.
