Account Manager – Hospitality SaaS

About the role

Servme is looking for an SMB Account Manager to own and grow its most valuable hotel and enterprise relationships. You will act as the trusted advisor for flagship accounts, ensuring they extract maximum value from our guest‑experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of hotel and enterprise accounts, building deep, trusted relationships with property‑level and group‑level stakeholders.
• Onboard, train, and support customers to drive high product adoption, usability, and satisfaction.
• Develop an intimate understanding of each client’s organizational structure, decision‑making process, and strategic priorities.
• Maintain a regular on‑site or high‑touch presence to anticipate needs and act as an embedded partner.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities – additional venues, new modules, upgraded packages, and add‑on services.
• Build and execute account growth plans with clear revenue targets and rollout timelines.
• Lead commercial conversations on upsell, cross‑sell, and contract expansion in partnership with the Commercial leadership team.
• Track, forecast, and report on expansion pipeline and revenue growth.
• Own retention for assigned accounts, proactively spotting risk signals and implementing mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑management experience, preferably in a SaaS or hospitality environment.
• Revenue‑focused mindset with a proven track record of upselling and expanding accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across operations, F&B, IT, and procurement functions.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with commercial and product teams.
