Academic Consultant – Business Administration

About the role

OriginaliQ is seeking a remote, freelance Academic Consultant specialized in Business Administration. You will provide personalized academic support to students at various levels, helping them master complex concepts, improve research and writing skills, and succeed in their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one online tutoring sessions covering business administration topics.
• Advise students on assignment structure, content, and research methodology.
• Review and provide feedback on academic writing, including theses and dissertations.
• Create customized learning materials and study plans.
• Collaborate with the consultancy team when needed and manage scheduling and communication with students.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (currently studying is acceptable).
• Background in education, tutoring, or curriculum development.
• Ability to assess student needs and design tailored support plans.
• Commitment to academic integrity, confidentiality, and ethical learning practices.

Required skills

• Familiarity with APA citation style.
• Familiarity with MLA citation style.
• Familiarity with Chicago citation style.
• Experience with online learning platforms and productivity tools.
