About the role
We are seeking an experienced SMS Wholesale Account Manager to join our global messaging team. In this role you will drive the growth of our international A2P SMS business by managing key partnerships and optimizing routing profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with aggregators, operators, and messaging hubs.
- Grow A2P traffic volumes while optimizing route profitability.
- Negotiate pricing, routing agreements, and commercial terms.
- Monitor route performance, delivery quality, and margins.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners.
- Analyze market trends, KPIs, and routing performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecom, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale A2P SMS, carrier relations, telecom trading, or international messaging.
- Proven experience managing international messaging accounts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with A2P SMS platforms.
- Knowledge of telecom routing and carrier integration.
