About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing company. The role involves selling our products or services over the phone while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers
- Effectively communicate and persuade customers about the value of our product/service
- Actively listen to the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain resilience and composure in handling rejection
- Build rapport quickly and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Keep track and manage all sales data using our CRM software
- Assist with meeting or exceeding the overall sales targets of the company
Required profile
- Experience in telesales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Skills in identifying potential customers
- Competency in needs assessment and solution presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasion abilities
- Comprehensive active listening skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Exceptional rapport building skills
