About the role
Exclusive Management is looking for a motivated Telesales Consultant to join our on‑site team in Sinn Al Fil. You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to potential clients, presenting our solutions and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospects and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in telesales, call‑center environments, or similar sales roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in an on‑site, team‑oriented setting.
