Tech Lead (Full Stack, Mobile, Web)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the delivery of modern digital products across web, mobile, and backend platforms. The role blends hands‑on development with strategic architecture, team leadership, and AI‑assisted engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for full‑stack web, mobile, and backend projects.
• Guide architecture decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Apply AI‑assisted development and vibe‑coding techniques to speed up prototyping, debugging, and documentation.
• Review code, raise engineering standards, and enforce clean development practices.
• Mentor developers, support their growth, and foster a collaborative Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, release readiness, and DevOps collaboration.
• Identify technical risks, performance issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack web or mobile development.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor engineers.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, micro‑services, API design, and cloud‑native principles.
• Solid grasp of Agile/SCRUM delivery practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
