Talent Acquisition Officer – Career Hub

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the Career Hub of CIS Group, helping students and recent graduates secure internships, training placements and full‑time employment. The role focuses on building strong employer relationships, organising career events and providing personalised career guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Support students in finding internships, training programmes and job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local and international employers.
• Design and execute employer engagement initiatives, career fairs, recruitment campaigns, workshops and networking events.
• Coordinate on‑campus recruitment activities and employer visits.
• Deliver career orientation sessions and employment‑readiness workshops.
• Review and advise students on CV writing, interview preparation and professional communication.
• Track student placements, maintain employment records and databases.
• Follow up with employers on hiring needs and recruitment feedback.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align career opportunities with curricula.
• Promote Career Center services through various communication channels.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities, partnerships and employment outcomes.
• Support alumni career engagement and employer networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in a university career centre, student employment services or recruitment environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking abilities.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work professionally with students, faculty and corporate partners.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
