Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Puma flagship store in ABC Dbayeh, overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and financial results. This role ensures a high‑quality shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule employees, monitor work results and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train, coach, and discipline staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage store administration, banking functions, and accurate record‑keeping of sales and cash.
• Set daily financial targets, analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory levels, approve contracts and ensure merchandise availability.
• Develop and adjust marketing strategies based on sales data and operating statements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and comply with legal requirements.
• Troubleshoot daily close‑out processes and perform shift sales analysis.
• Carry out additional store manager duties as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong customer‑management and leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales management with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
