Software Engineer

About the role

The Software Engineer will develop and deliver software solutions across multiple R&D projects. Working independently, you will contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and the integration of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions for concurrent R&D initiatives.
• Implement features and enhancements across diverse technology stacks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Participate in system component design and architecture discussions.
• Test, debug, and optimise applications for performance and reliability.
• Research and evaluate new programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Integrate complex APIs, platforms, and third‑party services.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and best practices.
• Document technical designs, processes, and research outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product and operations.
• Propose innovative solutions and continuously improve systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and domains with a continuous‑learning mindset.

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
