About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Sibline and focuses on creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms. You will work closely with marketing teams to boost brand visibility and tell compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish high‑quality posts, images, and videos for multiple social channels.
• Develop creative campaigns that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Capture on‑brand visuals and videos for storytelling purposes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, and video editing.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong storytelling ability, eye for design, and excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and adapt tone of voice.
• Organized with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
