Social & Content Executive

About the role

luma is seeking a Social & Content Executive to shape the brand’s and its clients’ presence across social platforms and creator collaborations. You will own luma’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels while partnering with strategy and client teams to craft content‑first ideas that translate brand objectives into engaging social and creator‑led executions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve luma’s Instagram and LinkedIn presence, managing editorial calendars, tone of voice and content pillars.
• Identify trends, conversations and stories, turning them into original formats, series, POVs and case‑study content.
• Collaborate with strategy and client teams to develop content strategies, social‑first concepts and creator‑led executions that feel native to each platform.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine content based on audience resonance.
• Support the CEO’s thought‑leadership on LinkedIn by creating posts, articles and commentary on industry topics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in social media, content strategy, editorial, digital media or creator marketing.
• Near‑native written and spoken English with strong copy‑writing abilities; fluent Arabic is required.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, brands, creators, culture and content trends.
• Proven ability to develop content strategies and creator‑led concepts beyond simple channel management.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable contributing to client briefs, brainstorms and pitches.
