Senior Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Media & Community Manager to lead our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. You will shape content strategy, drive audience growth, and nurture vibrant online communities while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and expand presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities, and platform‑specific growth tactics.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, launch campaigns, and oversee production of reels, short‑form videos, carousels, stories, and promotional posts.
• Ensure brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Build, engage, and moderate active online communities, fostering loyalty and trust.
• Track engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics; optimize content based on data.
• Prepare performance reports and growth recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams, and support influencer partnerships.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and online communities.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and viral content frameworks.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
