Senior Product Manager - Monitoring & Research

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Monitoring & Research domain of its AI‑native CX intelligence platform. You will shape how thousands of users discover, trust, and act on insights derived from millions of customer conversations across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Monitoring & Research, covering Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and Voice of Customer.
• Translate customer needs into product features that enable clear business decisions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the platform delivers trustworthy insights and supports market, competitor, and brand performance analysis.
• Continuously gather feedback on how customers make decisions and identify barriers to action, using these insights to drive product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product manager, preferably in AI‑powered or customer intelligence solutions.
• Passion for solving complex customer problems and defining product strategy.
• Ability to balance strong opinions with openness to evidence‑based changes.
